The Challenge

The Personalization Mall product catalog has over 15 major digital stores, with varying numbers of shopping categories that users utilize for pivotal seasonal shopping. With heavily customized code implementation and inconsistent visuals, it was a challenge to keep each store up-to-date while maintaining an engaging user experience. The store template also had not been optimized for mobile shopping, which makes up ~65% of site users.

The Plan

Create a single, responsive store template to maximize engagement while maintaining flexibility to account for varying levels of product catalog complexity.

Created a more visual, engaging way to shop by price
Result: +800% avg. increase in click-thru

Re-styled ‘Best Sellers’ carousel
Result: +109% increase in click-thru

Shoppable Header

Moved SEO Description to bottom of page and optimized for Mobile experience
Result: Decreased overall page bounce rate by 17%

Last Minute Gifts

Add featured section for users to navigate to last minute gifts towards end of season
Generated 8,000+ total clicks
